+ Will my meat stay hot?

Yes, we have spent a lot of time researching the best way to get your meal delivered to you fresh and hot. We cook and slice all meat in our commercial kitchen and then place it in baine-marie trays, into our cambro hot boxes. This keeps all meat at the required legal temperature for 6 hours. When your ready to eat, just slide out the trays and place on your table.

+ Is my deposit refundable?

We require a deposit in order to take your booking. It is not-refundable as we often have to turn down bookings, and we need to know your booking is secure.

+ Will there be enough food to feed my guests?

We pride ourselves on large portions. We know how frustrating it can be to leave a dinner and still be hungry. Our spitroast is a generous portion of 350g of meat per person. More than enough to satisfy that hungry guest.

+ What if we have people who RSVP late?

We appreciate that finalizing your guest list is hard work. Please call us and we are happy to add late confirmations to our catering list.

+ When do I need to make final payment and confirm menu choice?

We like to place our order 6 days before your function. We ask for your minimum number of guests and then that can be added to in the days leading up. We will give you the final amount owing and ask that payment has been made and cleared into our account before we deliver the food.
