Hi guys

its been a few weeks but i wanted to MASSIVELY thank you for catering our wedding you guys were AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! I’ll mention the food, the lamb shanks and chicken, pre dinner entrees were all incredibly delicious. MASSIVE MASSIVE thankyou because you went above and beyond any expectations we had. You guys arrived and expertly set up in my mum and dads kitchen.. the power cut out which meant if not back on no food and your expertly handled that,  so the food, the food was amazing and plenty of it. your gorgeous waiter and waitress were amazing… and after all the food was served you not only cleaned mums kitchen so it was cleaner than i can ever remember (and mums a clean freak) but you also cleaned up  some messes in the toilet ( and intercepted my very pregnant sister who was on route to clean it up)… you guys also catered our mums 60th and to be honest we are currently trying to think up another event just so you guys can cater.. Thanks so much.. and its a BIG THANKYOU!!!!!!!

Hello! I'm just dropping you a line to say thanks again for your service. Your food was a big hit!! Tasty, fresh and plenty of it! This was a big thing for me as Im from a family of big eaters!! We polished off what was left the next day too. The potato bake is very good! The van you have is a fabulous idea and Stuart and his off sider were keen to ensure that everything was in order. Well the wedding is over and it went beautifully!!!!!!! I just wanted to let you know how fantastic your staff and meal was on the night. The man in charge (sorry I am terrible with remembering names) was so helpful and supportive, he was amazing, nothing was too much trouble for him. The young men serving the guests where so polite and professional, they were a credit to your business. Thankyou so much for making such a special day so wonderful. I hope there will be business coming your way from Walcha in the future as so many guests were very impressed with the food and your staff.

I know Mum and Dad have told you, but we are yet to give feedback. I have to say a HUGE thank you for your superb meals and canapes at our wedding. Your staff were super friendly and it was all just so delightful. Exceeded any expectation we had. Thanks for looking after us.

I would just like to write and say how grateful I am to have had The Firey Cook provide the dessert for my wedding. For my wedding day I really wanted a beautiful dessert table with lots of mini desserts presented on different platters, but was unsure of how to go about it......

That's when Stuart and Annette came in - you were both so fantastic in helping me with the amounts I would need, the colour scheme I was after, what desserts would look best and all while keeping in my budget.

Everyone loved them, the desserts were so delicious, easy to handle (as it was a cocktail reception) and presented beautifully, they looked really amazing (my guests still talk about them). Thankyou both for making my idea come to life. I would highly recommend you to everyone hosting a celebration.
